Welcome to Health & Kinesiology Distinguished Lecture Series
What is the Distinguished Lecture Series?
Each year, the Department of Health & Kinesiology at Texas A&M University invites leaders in the fields of health education, kinesiology, sport management and physical activity to present their research to faculty and current students.
Since 2010, the Distinguished Lecture Series (DLS) has featured eminent individuals to enrich and interact with our students, faculty and university.
The 2017 edition of the DLS, "Health, Kinesiology, and Sport Management of Tomorrow: Directions, Innovation and Opportunities," is scheduled for April 11-12, 2017, at Rudder Theatre.
The DLS lectures are free of charge for all. Faculty, students, staff, and visitors to the university are invited to attend or watch the presentations online.
The Health and Kinesiology Distinguished Lecture Series is supported by the Department of Health & Kinesology and the College of Education & Human Development.
